About HIMSOS

A Development Platform for Sociology Education Students

The Sociology Education Student Association, known as HIMSOS, was established as a student organization that accommodates the aspirations, creativity, and potential of students in the Sociology Education Study Program. HIMSOS serves as a partner of the study program in supporting academic activities, talent and interest development, and the strengthening of students’ scientific culture.

HIMSOS also serves as a learning space for leadership, collaboration, responsibility, solidarity, and social awareness so that students develop not only academically but also become sensitive to social dynamics.

HIMSOS was established as a platform for student self-development in academics, organization, leadership, talents and interests, and community service.

HIMSOS plays a role in bridging communication between students and the study program, channeling aspirations, and supporting productive and sustainable student activities.
